These terms govern your use of the BLOCK FORGE website and game. By playing, you accept them. They are deliberately short and readable, because terms nobody can understand protect nobody.
The service
BLOCK FORGE is a free, browser-based block puzzle game provided for personal entertainment. No account is required, and no payment is requested or accepted anywhere on the site. The service is supported by advertising displayed alongside the game.
Acceptable use
Play fairly and use the site as an ordinary player would. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, probe or attack its infrastructure, scrape or repackage its content at scale, use automation to falsify scores or ad interactions, or interfere with advertisements. We may restrict access from sources engaged in abuse.
Your progress and data
Game progress is stored in your own browser and remains under your control, as described in the Privacy Policy. Because saves exist only on your device, we cannot restore progress lost to cleared browser data, device changes, or private-browsing sessions, and we are not liable for such loss.
Intellectual property
The BLOCK FORGE name, logo, game code, artwork, text, and design are the property of the operator. You may link to the site freely and share screenshots of your play. You may not copy the game, republish its content as your own, or use its name or artwork to imply affiliation without permission.
Service changes and availability
The game is actively developed: rules, scoring values, balance, visuals, and features may change at any time, and maintenance may occasionally interrupt availability. We aim to improve, not diminish, but no specific feature or balance state is guaranteed to persist.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost saves or interrupted sessions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the revision date below will be updated. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; if you do not agree, simply stop using the site.
